Open Source 101 At Home Announced for Tuesday, May 12

Like everyone else, we’re adjusting to a new “normal”.  We’re all staying home and seeing family a lot more, which is a good thing, but if you’re like us, the need for education and networking remains.  In short, we miss it.

In that vein we’d like to announce something we’ve never done before.  On Tuesday, May 12 we’ll be hosting our first ever virtual conference – Open Source 101 At Home.

We feel times like these are a good opportunity to continue your education and make new connections, and that is exactly what we intend to do with this event.  Open Source 101 was a natural choice with its heavy educational focus.

The conference will be 100% online with all programming delivered straight to desktops and devices, available in the comfort of home.  It will feature 20 world class speakers delivering 20 great technology and process talks on topics we feel are foundational to open source, open tech and the open web.

Registration will open next Tuesday, April 14 and we’re giving away 250 tickets to kick off the occasion.  Once the first 250 tickets are claimed the cost to register will be just $19 USD.  In addition, any dollars spent can be credited towards a future ATO event (All Things Open for example).

Contact us directly with questions at info@allthingsopen.org, and be on the lookout for announcements around the opening of registration beginning next Tuesday, April 14.
